Syrian:This breed of Hamster has a wonderful nature and are cuddly and affectionate.They are very popular and are nearly always found at pet shops, this breed would be ideal for ages 6 and over.Syrian hamsters are usially Blonde with a cream belly.
Russian Dwarf:This breed of Hamster is simply small and cute, they have a short tail and nearly always have a Black stripe down their back.Suitable for ages 8 and over.
Teddy Bear: Also common are the Teddy Bear hamsters. They are also very affectionate and are one of the better types of hamster to have in my opinion. They come in long or short hair.They are very cuddly and could be for all ages.
